Capabilities

We engineer custom software for mid-market organisations, then transfer the code and the database in full.

Eight capabilities. Most engagements combine two or three of them on a single database and one identity model, which is materially cheaper than integrating them after the fact.

01

Web platforms and dashboards

A browser-based platform your teams operate in daily, carrying the roles, records and reporting the organisation actually runs on.

View capability
02

ERP systems

Inventory, procurement, sales, party ledgers and personnel on one system, where closing stock reconciles to the ledger.

ERP detail
03

CRM systems

Every enquiry with a named owner and a scheduled next action, so no opportunity stalls through unclear accountability.

CRM detail
04

Point of sale and billing

A transaction counter that continues trading through connectivity loss, prints to thermal hardware and reconciles against a counted drawer.

Point of sale detail
05

Mobile applications

Android and iOS for teams away from a desk, operating on the same database as the web platform with full offline capability.

Mobile capability
06

WhatsApp automation

Order updates, reminders and statements dispatched by the system on a schedule or a status change, not typed by a person.

Messaging automation
07

Applied AI and automation

Assistants that answer from your own records, documents captured into structured data, and repetitive processes removed from your team.

AI use cases
08

Integrations and APIs

Payment gateways, marketplace APIs, email, push and transaction hardware, integrated and kept in agreement thereafter.

Reference interfaces

The three systems most frequently commissioned, engineered to one standard

Not stock imagery. These are the interfaces we deliver, with the columns and states present from day one. The wider engagement record is on the work page.

ERP

Inventory that reconciles to the ledger

Every movement carries a source document, so a variance on the shelf is traceable to the purchase, sale or transfer that caused it.

  • Batch and expiry per item, per branch
  • Purchase order to goods received to bill
  • Closing value that ties to the trial balance

CRM

Every enquiry carries an owner and a next action

Enquiries arrive from WhatsApp, telephone and the website into a single pipeline with an owner assigned. Nothing sits untouched because accountability was unclear.

  • Stages you name, not stages we picked
  • Approved WhatsApp templates from the record
  • Conversion by source, stage and salesperson

Transaction processing that survives connectivity loss

The counter is keyboard driven, so a transaction can be opened, discounted and closed without a mouse. If connectivity fails, trading continues and queued transactions synchronise in sequence.

Delivery method

Four delivery stages, each closing with working software you can assess

No extended silence between commencement and delivery. Every stage closes with a build you can open in a browser and evaluate against the approved scope.

Stage 01

Discovery and scope definition

We work through the system screen by screen and document what each must do, who is authorised to access it, and what it produces. You approve that specification before any code is written.

Stage 02

Data model and access control

The database, authentication and the permission matrix are built before any interface work. Errors at this layer are what make systems expensive to change later.

Stage 03

Operational workflows, then reporting

The screens your teams work in daily come next, tested against your actual documents. Reporting is built last, once the underlying figures are verified.

Stage 04

Migration, enablement and handover

Existing inventory, customers and balances are migrated and reconciled against your figures. You then receive the code, the database and a structured walkthrough for the users.

Technology

Proven, long-life technology any engineering team can take over

Nothing exotic and nothing requiring a licence renewal. Should you ever replace us, the next engineering team opens the repository and knows exactly what it is looking at.

PHP 8 and MySQL

The language and database behind every engagement. Prepared statements throughout, so the data layer is never exposed to injection, and a schema the next engineer can read without a guide.

Your own infrastructure

Shared hosting, a VPS, or a server in your own premises. Standard control panel, standard nightly backup, and nothing that ceases to function the day you decide not to renew with us.

React and DataTables

The interface layer. Searchable selectors, filters, CSV and PDF export, print views, and tables that remain usable on a handset at the counter.

Applications and messaging

Android and iOS builds addressing the same database as the web platform, WhatsApp Business API for customer messaging, browser and handset push for alerting.

Integrations

Card and wallet gateways, marketplace APIs, AI model providers, SMTP and transaction hardware. Introduced where the requirement demands them, not by default.

Sectors

Sectors we have already delivered into

The pattern repeats across sectors: inventory, receivables, payables, and a decision-maker who needs the position without consulting three people. Each is documented on the work page.

Frequently asked

Common questions ahead of engagement

01What is a typical delivery timeline?

A single system with the standard eight modules typically reaches a reviewable release in three to five weeks. A focused dashboard or automation is often a matter of days. Larger programmes, multiple sites, a mobile application alongside the web platform, or integration with a bank or marketplace will run longer, and that is stated in the scope rather than disclosed after commencement.

02How is an engagement priced?

Each engagement is quoted against its approved scope, so the figure does not move unless the scope does. That applies to every capability, from a single-screen automation to a multi-site ERP. Submit your requirements and you receive a fixed figure with the stages it covers. Payment is apportioned across those stages rather than taken in advance.

03Is source code ownership genuinely transferred?

Yes. The application source, database schema and seed data are yours at handover, with no obfuscation and no licence key calling home. Should you appoint another engineering team in a year, nothing obstructs them.

04Can you work with our existing systems?

Frequently, yes. We assume ownership of systems written by others, remediate what is defective and build what is absent. Where a codebase is beyond economic repair we say so directly, and its data can still be migrated into the replacement.

05Who hosts the system, and who controls the data?

Your infrastructure, your domain, your database. We can provision it on your behalf, but every account is in your organisation’s name from day one, and the database remains somewhere you can back up independently.

06What support follows handover?

Any deviation from the approved scope is remediated at no charge for thirty days. Beyond that, new work is quoted as new work, and you remain free to appoint anyone to carry it out.

Next step

Define the outcome. We will define the scope, the cost and the delivery date.

Share your requirements in a single message. You receive a written scope, a fixed price and a delivery schedule in return, typically within one business day.
