Field sales teams
Representatives in the field reporting by telephone, with a manager reconstructing the week from memory every Monday.
- Visit logged from a phone in seconds
- Targets against actual closed value
- Area and route wise lead lists
Enquiries arrive from WhatsApp, telephone and the website into a single pipeline with an owner assigned to each. Nothing sits untouched because accountability was never established.
A CRM nobody maintains has no value, so the baseline is deliberately light on data entry and weighted toward the two facts that matter: who owns the opportunity, and when it is next actioned.
Website forms, WhatsApp, telephone, walk-ins and bulk import all arrive in the same pipeline. Duplicates are detected on the contact number before a second record is created.
Every lead receives an owner, by rotation, territory or product line. Unassigned is an explicit, filterable state rather than something that happens unnoticed.
Stages you define, in the sequence your sector uses. Marking an opportunity lost requires a reason, and that reason reaches a report rather than an individual’s recollection.
An open opportunity must carry a next action date. Due today and overdue are the two views a representative opens each morning, and the manager sees the same two per person.
Approved templates dispatched from the opportunity record, with responses and send history retained against it, so a handover never loses the thread.
Build a quotation from the opportunity, retain every revision, dispatch the PDF, and convert the accepted version into an order without re-keying the lines.
Conversion by source, stage, product and owner. Ageing of open opportunities, activity per user, and a ranked analysis of loss reasons for the period.
Roles with view, create, amend and delete permissions per screen, plus row-level scoping so a representative accesses only their own records. Every change is logged with a name and a timestamp.
The enquiry that came in on WhatsApp at nine at night sits in the same list as the one the receptionist wrote down. Both have an owner, a source and a next date, and both are counted in the same conversion figure at the end of the month.
| Lead | Owner | Next action | State |
|---|---|---|---|
| Northline TradersWhatsApp / Lahore | Ayesha | Today, 4:00 pm | Due |
| Riverside PharmacyWebsite / Karachi | Bilal | 14 Aug | Quoted |
| Meadow FoodsReferral / Multan | Ayesha | Yesterday | Overdue |
| Kestrel LogisticsPhone / Lahore | Danish | 18 Aug | Contacted |
| Harbour TextilesWalk in / Faisalabad | Unassigned | — | New |
Templates are authored once and approved once. The representative selects one, the name and quoted figure populate automatically, and the dispatched copy remains on the record so the next person can read exactly what was committed.

The pipeline tabs sit above the list, so clicking a stage filters it rather than opening another report. Underneath, conversion is broken down by the things you can act on: which source is worth the money, and who is letting leads go cold.

Property, insurance, travel and education. Extended conversations, multiple quotations, and a decision cycle measured in weeks.
Enquiries arriving across three numbers and two inboxes, answered twice by two people or not at all.
These are the figures a build of that shape starts at. Beyond them an engagement is quoted as one fixed figure against an approved scope, so the price does not move unless the scope does.
Entry scope. Core build, one role set, standard reports and exports.
Extended scope. Several modules and roles, an integration, and full reporting.
Quoted against your approved scope. Multi-site, multi-role or integration-heavy programmes.
Figures are entry prices in USD, exclusive of taxes. Invoices are settled in PKR at the rate applying on the invoice date. Hosting, gateway charges and third-party services are recharged at cost.
Yes, and it is enforced server-side rather than by concealing a button. A representative attempting to open another owner’s record by editing the address bar is refused. Managers see their site or team, and the principal sees everything.
Two ways. A click to chat link opens the message on the user's own phone or desktop with the text filled in, which costs nothing. Or the WhatsApp Business API sends approved templates automatically from a business number, which needs an approved account and is charged per conversation by the provider.
They are yours to name and reorder, and the pipeline tabs across the top of the list are built from whatever is in that table. Adding a stage later does not need a developer.
An open lead without a next action date shows up in its own list, and one whose date has passed is marked overdue on the manager's dashboard with the owner's name next to it. The system does not chase people, but it does make the gap impossible to miss.
That single answer determines most of the design. Submit it and you receive a module specification, a pipeline layout and a fixed price in return.
